We were commissioned to create a Virtual Reality experience for Saray Khumalo. She is the first South African Black women to have summit Mount Everest. The experience was hosted by Momentum South Africa whom announced their brand ambassador partnership with Saray Khumalo at the event.

The client wanted us to provide an experience for 20 Journalist at the same time. This is quite a task if using the HTC VIVE virtual reality headsets. The way the HTC VIVE was made limits the amount of Virtual Reality headsets that you can have in the same area at the same time. We came up with an innovative way to setup and use these headsets in the same space.

We were responsible for all the decor, banners, setup of the virtual reality equipment and execution of the event.
