SAP Africa Experience Center – Virtual Tour Development

On 1 December 2021, we began developing a virtual tour experience for SAP, a multinational software corporation headquartered in Walldorf, Germany.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, SAP approached us to convert their Africa Experience Center into a fully interactive virtual space. The goal was to allow clients and business stakeholders to explore the facility remotely while maintaining the core purpose of the physical experience center.

The virtual tour was designed to replicate the real-world experience center while keeping the navigation simple, intuitive, and accessible.

Virtual Experience Design Approach

To ensure a seamless user experience, we integrated:

Interactive information points throughout the space
Educational content explaining SAP’s business solutions
Clear navigation through meeting, presentation, and break areas
Embedded multimedia elements including videos and guides

Users are able to freely explore the environment, moving through various sections of the experience center at their own pace.
